What is the Access List?
Joining our Access List allows you to buy two tickets anywhere in the auditorium (excluding Premium tickets) for £25 each and, if eligible, also offers you a free essential companion ticket.
Access List members are guaranteed Advance Sale access to all new productions 24 hours before General Sale to ensure that you are able to book tickets that best suit your needs.
How to join our Access List
You can sign up to our Access List online, by telephone or in person.

All tickets booked via the Access List are subject to the Access List terms and conditions and our standard terms and conditions.
Making your first Access booking
Access List members should log in before selecting tickets. The tickets will show as full price on the seating plan, as the Access Rate applies when the tickets are added to your basket.

Making a return visit
When booking tickets for any subsequent visits for a production already seen, you will need to either email us at access@bridgetheatre.co.uk or call us on 0333 320 0051. This enables us to guarantee that any tickets purchased are done so at the Access Rate.

Booking an Audio Described or Captioned performance
Audio described performances
We have a reserved allocation of seats that are easily accessible and close to the stage.
If you have ticked the box labelled “Audio description for blind and sight impaired” when signing up to our Access List, you will be able to select seats from this allocation.
Audio description is relayed via our Sennheiser radio receivers, available to be collected from the theatre cloakroom with headphones or induction neck loops, which allow you to choose between audio description, assisted listening, or both.
We aim to offer a free touch tour for every audio described performance. Attending a touch tour is a chance to visit the set, feel the props, and enhance your enjoyment of the show.

Captioned performances
We have a reserved allocation of seats which give a clear view of the caption screens and are close to the stage.
If you have ticked the box labelled “Captions for D/deaf and hard of hearing” when signing up to our Access List, you will be able to select seats from this allocation.
