The Book of Dust – La Belle Sauvage
On 3 June 2020 we emailed all customers with tickets for The Book of Dust – La Belle Sauvage confirming that it would be postponed, and offering the option to hold your booking, or receive a credit or refund.
We’re so excited to have announced the return of the show from 2 December 2021 to 19 February 2022, on sale to Priority Members at 12pm on 5 July, Advance Members on 6 July, and public on sale on 7 July. We contacted everyone with a retained booking ahead of these on sales to confirm we had automatically transferred these tickets. Retained bookers will also have access to Priority Booking should they wish to purchase more tickets.

UPDATE 20 DECEMBER
The performances from 17 – 27 December inclusive have unfortunately been cancelled. All customers affected will have received their preferred choice of exchange, refund or credit, any questions, please be in touch at boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk.
Bach & Sons
Despite thorough precautions in place at The Bridge, we were made aware of a suspected positive case of COVID-19 within the team working on Bach & Sons. To ensure the safety of our audiences and colleagues, we have cancelled performances from 12 July to 17 July.
Customers are entitled to an exchange, account credit or full refund. Please email boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk or call us on 0333 320 0051 to let us know how you’d like to proceed. We appreciate your patience as we work through responses.
All customers have now been contacted.
John Gabriel Borkman
Throughout February and March 2021 we contacted everyone with a booking for John Gabriel Borkman about rescheduling.
Everyone who kindly chose to hold their booking will have received an email in April to confirm we will be moving their tickets to a new production, Bach & Sons, also led by Simon Russell Beale. Please email boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk if you would like to change the date of your new booking, or to request a credit note or refund.
March 2022 update: We’re delighted to have rescheduled this production from 24 September 2022. On sale to Priority Members 18 March, Advance Members 21 March and to the public on 22 March.
A Christmas Carol
We sent an email update on 31 December 2020 cancelling remaining performances of A Christmas Carol (in addition to previous performances from 16 December 2020 which had already been cancelled).
All customers affected will have received their preferred choice of refund or credit. If we didn’t hear back from you we have automatically credited your account with the cost of the tickets. If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, please be in touch at boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk.
October 2022 update: Please note this production is now rearranged for December 2022. You can now book tickets for A Christmas Carol.
Flight
When England went into Tier 3 in December, we postponed remaining performances of Flight. All customers with affected bookings were contacted with the option to hold their booking, or receive a credit or refund.
We’re thrilled to have announced the return of Flight from 17 May for a limited three-week run. If you chose to hold on to your booking last year, we have already been in touch with you to move your booking. If you haven’t yet received your new ticket, please be in touch with us at boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk.
The Bridge After Dark
When England went into Tier 3 in December, we postponed the remaining After Dark performances, including LADS and The Black Burlesque Revue. We are no longer able to reschedule these shows. Therefore, we have been in touch with everyone who has a booking and have automatically processed refunds back to original payment methods.
Simon Amstell: Work in Progress
On 13 November 2020 we contacted customers with Simon Amstell: Work in Progress tickets to let them know the original run had to be moved to January. Due to the national lockdown imposed in January 2021, this run was also postponed.
We are no longer able to reschedule this show. We have been in touch with everyone who has a booking and will automatically be processing refunds.
Fake News
On 2 November 2020 we suspended all Fake News performances and contacted affected bookers, due to the November 2020 lockdown in England. As we intended to reschedule this show, we offered to hold your booking for an automatic transfer once we knew more about rescheduling. Alternatively, bookers could opt for credit or a refund. We remain hopeful that we will be able to reschedule this production and will be in touch when we have news to share on this. If you would like a credit or refund in the meantime, please be in touch with us at boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk.
They Shoot Horses, Don't They?
We sent e-communications to all They Shoot Horses, Don’t They? bookers on 8 October 2020 to confirm that the production wouldn’t be going ahead as planned. We offered an exchange, refund or credit note, and if we didn’t hear back from you, we automatically credited your account with us.
We and our partners on the production, Elliott & Harper, hope that it will be possible to stage the show at some point in the future.
The Southbury Child
When we closed our doors in March 2020, it meant the suspension of The Southbury Child. We sent e-communications to all bookers on 16 March 2020, offering refunds or credit notes. If we didn’t hear back from you, we automatically credited your account with us. If you would prefer a refund to the payment method please be in touch boxoffice@bridgetheatre.co.uk.
Update 11.11.21 – we are delighted to have confirmed the rescheduling of this production from 1 July 2022. On sale to Priority Members 11 November, 10am, Advance Members 15 November, 10am, with public booking from 16 November, 10am.
Judi Dench: I Remember It Well with Gyles Brandreth
When we closed our doors in March 2020, it meant the suspension of Judi Dench: I Remember It Well. We sent e-communications to all bookers on 16 March 2020, offering refunds or credit notes.
