Our wines at The Bridge...and a little bit more

Our friends at St. JOHN have helped complement the experience of The Bridge with a carefully curated list of wines and small plates.

On Monday 26 March, we will be holding an exclusive priority members‘ wine tasting in our foyer with Trevor Gulliver, co-founder and CEO of St. JOHN and Victoria Sharples, their Head of Wine Operations. The evening will feature a tasting of wines on offer at the theatre as well as a couple surprises, including Boulevard Napoleon, the wines made in Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver’s own medieval winery in southwestern France.

Trevor and Victoria will give background and context to the wines and a few anecdotes along the way.

The tasting is at 7pm and will last just under an hour. Our kitchen will be open from 5pm and after the tasting until 10pm. We have recently introduced some exciting new dishes from the St. JOHN repertoire: the much-loved Welsh Rarebit, Quail and Aioli, and Roast Root Vegetables and Horseradish. The theatre will be closed to the public so you are welcome to stay and enjoy an intimate meal in the foyer following the tasting.

Strictly limited to 60 places (members can book for themselves & up to 1 guest).
