Dementia Friendly Venue

The Bridge Theatre is a Dementia Friendly Venue.

We believe that a dementia diagnosis should not prohibit anyone from accessing arts and culture and aim to ensure that everyone can enjoy spending time with us at the Bridge Theatre.

A number of our staff are Dementia Friends and wear the Dementia Friends badge, usually on a lanyard. The badge is a small blue forget-me-not flower that indicates the person has an understanding of dementia and can support people affected by the condition.
The image features a bright yellow background with text and a symbol indicating that a venue is dementia-friendly. The text reads: MAYOR OF LONDON Dementia friendly venue Supported by Alzheimer’s Society There is also a blue forget-me-not flower with a yellow center and a small red heart, which is commonly associated with dementia awareness.
