Wardrobe Assistant, The Book of Dust

As a key team member supporting the Wardrobe Manager, you will work proactively toward establishing a first class Wardrobe Department on The Book of Dust.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with the Costume & Wardrobe team, as well as Cast & Company, to help achieve an efficient and smoothly running backstage environment.

This role is part of the Running Wardrobe team.

Dresser, The Book of Dust

This is a dressing role on our upcoming production The Book of Dust.

Your main responsibility is setting up, managing & executing a dressing plot for the duration of the run. During the interview stage, we will appoint a Head Dresser to lead a dressing team for this production. All shortlisted applicants will be considered for the Head Dresser position.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with the Costume & Wardrobe team, as well as cast & company, to help achieve an efficient and smoothly running backstage environment.

This role sits within the Running Wardrobe team led by the Wardrobe Manager.

Door Supervisor

Application Deadline: 30 October 2021, 12pm.

The Bridge Theatre is looking for an experienced Door Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis.

The Door Supervisor will assist the Security Team in the theatre’s day to day security operations, ensuring the safety and security of the building, patrons and staff. This role will be a front-facing customer service role working on our main doors and within the theatre itself. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers are made to feel welcome and secure.

This is a flexible role that includes shift work (Monday – Sunday). Shifts are generally a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 11 hours.

Deputy Head of Stage

Application Deadline: 1 November 2021, 12pm

The Bridge Theatre is looking for a Deputy Head of Stage role to support the Head of Stage with the day to day operational running of the Stage and Auditorium; as well as carrying out the general management of the venue for all productions and events.

The post holder will undertake management responsibilities with a focus on the general management and oversight of the stage and backstage areas in show mode, get out, fit up and dark periods.

The post holder will work collaboratively with all members of the theatre team to ensure the smooth delivery of the productions and projects.
